This position will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:· Identify and target potential referral accounts, including insurance agents, property managers, contractors, plumbing companies and other relevant stakeholders.· Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new leads and expand the client base.· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and build relationships.Account Management:· Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing referral accounts to ensure repeat business and referrals.· Serve as the primary point of contact for referral accounts, addressing any issues, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally.· Conduct regular meetings with referral partners to review performance, gather feedback, and discuss opportunities for improvement.· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Sales and Marketing:· Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential referral partners.· Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts.· Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and account activities using CRM software.Administrative:· Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.· Provide regular reports to the Sales Director on business development progress, account status, and market conditions.· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
