Managing a wide range of publishers, broadcasters, fitness, e-learning companies, and more, our Account Managers make massive impacts to JW Player's growth in the booming video space! With a consultative approach and product-focused mindset, this individual will be responsible for retaining and growing media companies all over the LATAM region.**In this role, you will**:- Drive the success of media companies with industry and product knowledge. Focus on revenue and monetization of video content to help customers hit their KPIs- Build and maintain relationships with several stakeholders within large and complex customer organizations to understand and help deliver on their individual goals and objectives- Focus on product adoption to increase the depth and breadth of our customer relationships- Manage the end to end customer lifecycle, including onboarding and implementation, negotiating renewals and upsells, and identifying opportunities to grow our product offering within customer accounts- Work alongside a Solutions Engineer in owning the revenue of the book of business and strategizing to find opportunity within the book- Collaborate with all areas of the organization, including Support, Product, and Technical Services to advocate internally for your customers - Account Managers are the voice of the customer within JW Player- Work within internal systems including Salesforce and Gainsight to gain a greater understanding of customer data
