***: _Account Manager, Sales and develops automation specifications for End Users, System Integrators and OEMs focus on _**_Automotive, Aerospace, Semi/Digital, Food & Beverage, and Infrastructure _**_segments_**_._**_ This position includes active projects participation looking for them into the territory assigned. The position will have Key & Target accounts to increase In House Omron share, elaborate bill of materials, find market information based on competitors on the field. The position most develop a Consultive Selling for the named accounts._**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Visit to Strategic and Potential Customers to identify opportunities and based on these opportunities create Project bill of material, solution proposal and coordinate efforts with the channel administrator.- Selling Omron portfolio within their accounts (End Customer, OEM and System Integrators)- Support users in new projects for include solutions with PLCs, Safety, Vision, Robots and services platforms- Attract new target accounts based on specifications using Automation Products.- Guide the customers for increase machine safety standards- CRM activities, account planning and sales reports**ORGANIZATIONAL COMPONENTS**:**Manager**: Regional Sales Manager**Staff**: None**Peers**: AMs within the Country**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:**Education**: _Engineer in Mechatronics, Electronics, Control & Automation or Equivalent_**Experience**:- 3/4 Years of Experience selling control and Automation projects with end users, SI and/or OEM. Experience in selecting the right equipment's based on customer needs._- Desirable: Deeply knowledge in Safety, PLCs, HMIs, Robots, Services, Motion Control and Networks (redes industrials)_**Technical Abilities**:- _Able to do Technical Presentations for Automation products, such as PLCs, Safety, Vision and Robotics (Fixed, Collaborative and Mobile) products- _Able to do cross-references with different competitors on the Automation Products._- _Build bill of materials for integrated solutions, including safety (based on standards / norms)_- _Elaborate detail reports about Know-How with success solution on the field to communicate this information with our team and partners._- _Intermediate English Level_- **_Project Management experience is a plus_****Behavioral Profile**:- _Self-Starter_- _Team Member_- _Motivated_- _Flexible- _Technical and Sales experience_**Travel Requirements**:- 90% of the time traveling or visiting customers according to his/her territory or customers location_
