A great account manager is always on the lookout for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. It's a critical role that requires a deep understanding of our customers and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesAssisting the company in managing and building relationships with clients.Providing support to clients by answering their queries, resolving their issues, and providing guidance on our service status.Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data related to client accounts and our services to help the team make informed decisions.Assisting our operations team in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.Coordinating with other teams such as marketing, operations, compliance, and sales to ensure a smooth and continuous client experience.Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and client results from our services and operations.In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, the Manager of Professional Services may be required to perform other duties and tasks as assigned by their supervisor or upper management.Who are we looking for?Strong analytical skills: The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights from datasets.Communication skills: The candidate should be able to effectively communicate data-driven insights to operations and client teams in a clear and concise manner.CS acumen: The candidate should have a basic understanding of customer service processes and techniques, and a desire to develop their skills in this area.Sales acumen: The candidate should have a basic understanding of sales processes and techniques, and a desire to develop their skills in this area.Attention to detail: The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.Self-motivated: The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and other sales technologies is a plus (Looker, Hubspot, Microsoft Office)
