This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
**Essential Duties**
- Contact customers by phone and review account.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers current requirements and pain points
- Present and demonstrate new or additional products and services to our customers, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process
- Utilize multiple systems to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities

**Qualifications**
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services.
CONDITIONS:
- Must be authorized to work in their country of residence (The United States or Canada)
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
