Combining the strengths of two companies we offer stronger platform for growth and innovation.This is your opportunity to join the positive change.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSales of Metso Outotec MA services and solutions, including support of sales performed by KAMs and proposal efforts.Sales Force system to manage sales as well as follow up on the most important opportunities for the company.Together with Regional Sales Manager ensure the collection and sharing of all source information needed for quotations and for technical solutions to our customers.Preparation of annual sales budget including orders received as well as sales and account management for timely monitoring and compliance with it.Identify potential projects, and the preparation and maintenance of current and future projects list.Constant business vision forming strategies aligned with the product line as well as service.Identify customer needs to promotion of new products.Maintain effective communications and relationships with existing customers and potential ones.Review of customer inquiries, identifying needs, requirements, comments/exceptions, and applicability to supplied as necessary.Work with customers to develop customer specific specifications or requirementsFollow-up on new and existing projects to collect data and determine customer satisfaction.Troubleshoot and optimize existing solutions when required by customers.Work with SBL to support customers and develop business.**PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS**:Increase of company market share participation for Metso Outotec Services.Implementation of the Site Account plan.Good working contacts with key customers.Annual Budget complianceQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum 3+ years experience in related field or job.Must have the ability to complete assigned tasks with a minimum of supervision.Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with a high degree ofaccuracy and attention to detail.Previous experience in proposal type activities with minerals processing equipment required.Must be able to make good business decisions based on facts and be able to accurately assess specific conditions.Ability to understand engineering drawings required.SKILLS AND ABILITIESDemonstrates dependability and punctuality.Observes safety regulations and exhibits a concern for safety.Shows commitment to quality ethics and focuses on meeting the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers.Manages time, skills and resources to produce maximum volume of work and reduction of errors.Written and oral communications are organized, clear, concise and accurate.Listens carefully.
