**Main Activities and Responsibilities**:
- Participation in account business reviews, category line reviews and new item presentations.
- Provide strong leadership and detailed preparation during annual business planning for assigned customers with responsibility for volume forecasting accuracy.
- Responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, routing problem resolution (including accounts receivable), and customer interaction.
- Review of production schedule to anticipate changes in order status and proactively communicate issues to customers.
- Coordinate and follow up on shipments of products until delivery.
- Developing solutions that best address customer needs, coordinating with other departments and employees as needed, and working constantly with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
- Review account budgets and pricing, improving cost effectiveness
- Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures.
Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job.
- Travel to customer's facilities/industry related events to promote business
- Other related responsibilities required to achieve the highest levels of customer service, efficiency and profitability.
**Qualifications**

- Bilingual (Eng-Span)
- 2+ year's relevant business to business sales experience, Account Management or Sales experience in Supply Chain Industry preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organization skills that allows the Account Manager to be aware of all sales and operations real time.
- Working understanding of ocean, imports and exports preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office software.
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and be solution oriented in a fast pace and high volume environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, organizational and planning skills.
- Possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and analytically about business and product challenges
