The ideal candidate will manage the client portfolio, streamlining operations and driving business growth through sustained client relationships.   As the Account Manager, you will oversee client accounts, develop marketing strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver results. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative digital solutions and contribute to the growth of diverse businesses.  This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company. 
\n What You'll DoServe as the primary contact for e-commerce clients. Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure frequent communication. Support our tailored digital strategies for clients, considering their unique needs. Propose, design, and execute digital projects to boost client ROI. Address client inquiries promptly and effectively. Present and implement social media strategies. Monitor and report on web and marketing performance metrics. Analyze the success of digital campaigns. Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital technology. Schedule calls Manage task completion by expertsSupport deck completion and accuracySending recap emailsStatus check on reporting documentsSupport onboarding new clientsSupport onboarding new services for active clients. Most of this will happen in Clickup, Google Slides, Notion, and Slack.  You must be proficient in comprehending Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, etc.   What You Need2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role. Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive), Shopify, and Google Analytics (reporting). Familiarity with all Ad Platforms (reporting). Proven experience in Shopify. Strong client-facing experience with exceptional communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills and project management ability. Ability to handle client scheduling, project intake, onboarding, and other client interactions efficiently Salary & Perks.Competitive salary.  This is a full-time, long-term position.   The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.  Work from home.  Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.  Additional perks.
