About the Role
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the daily support and management and ownership of the account needs and their interaction within the business. The development of quote proposals, offering of technical advice, communication and management of all manners of commercial and technical issues are routine for the assigned accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provides the daily support and management of the account needs and their interaction within the business.
- Provide forecasting data for incoming sales during sales operating financial planning (SOFP) processes.
- Maintain and grow selected accounts, manage commercial topics including terms, pricing guidelines, and stocking agreements.
- Review customer specs for compliance, accuracy, feasibility and provide quotations per customer request.
- Provide quotations and technical advice as needed
- Manages the account management plan.
- Provide customer scorecard management and reporting to the organization.
- Participate in periodic customer business reviews.
- Manage and communicate customer special requirements (copy exact, First Article Inspection (FAI),
- Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances/ Restriction of Hazardous Substances (REACH/RoHS), etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Engineer degree, master in business can be a plus
- Business English required
- At least 2 years in Watlow as Customer Service, Planner, Product Specialist or related.
- Negotiation skills
- Forecasting
- Project Management
