**RESPONSIBILITES**:Experienced management professional with demonstrated skills in account management, with the ability to build strong customer relationships while maintaining focus on cost, price and commercial targets. This position will:- Assist Sales Manager in customer strategy definitions- Be accountable and responsible to manage the customer relationship, customer strategy, costs, pricing and maintaining commercial targets. This includes, but is not limited to offer preparation, price development, pricing follow up, cost breakdowns, customer negotiations and follow up on price changes, tooling cost, sample cost and other cost.- Have responsibility for review of all commercial documents for accuracy. Will consult legal representation when necessary.- Have responsibility for accurate SAP pricing maintenance.- Establish strong customer relationships - primary customers include the OEM Purchasing, Program Management, Engineering and Quality departments.- Be the single point of contact to customer for Varroc commercial issues.- Have joined responsibility that project changes meet profitability targets established during gate 2 program commitment review (Change Management)- Lead quoting activities.- Assume administrative role for customer portals.- Ensure completion of all customer required documentation for invoicing CFT (Customer Funded Tooling) after PPAP approval.- Support Varroc Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collection of cash for all customer invoices.- Ensure EnterProj system compliance and appropriate usage.- Ensure compliance with internal Sales processes and procedures.**EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S)**:- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Finance.**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S)**:- 5+ years automotive experience in sales and/or program management.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong presentation and negotiation skills- Fluent verbal and written English skills- Ability to function in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities- Strong organizational skills and business acumen, including experience with Global Purchasing- Recognized for building and maintaining long term customer strategy and growth- Strong strategic experience with developing long range vision/plan for solutions.- Experience interfacing with product development and customer is required, including demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations.- Ability to review, understand technical requirements- Customer management experience required- Finance understanding desired- Experience with SAP a plus**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:- Local and international travel maybe required; attendance to meetings outside of normal business hours maybe required when working with global teams.**_Varroc Lighting Systems, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to a culturally diverse workforce_
