Tuition reimbursement and other professional enrichment opportunities are also available to encourage continuous learning.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Partner with the Account Executive to build and develop client relationships.In partnership with the Business Relationship Manager, align on client requirements.Analyze client performance to identify growth opportunities within the lending placed insurance product.Analyze client's monthly performance, strategize and schedule weekly meetings, business reviews, 5-year performance reviews, and claims reviews, and make recommendations for improvement.Facilitate, lead, and document plans for takeaways from Operational/Client meetings.Monitor quality and SLA adherence by reviewing post-implementation performance results to ensure integrity and adherence to client standards by analyzing and supporting internal and external stakeholders.Participate in SLA and scorecard monitoring with Operations to ensure client expectations and contractual obligations are met.What are the requirements needed for this position?Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.A minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing business or at a financial institution.A minimum of 4 years of experience managing projects, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines for multiple projects.What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Experience in a client-facing role is highly desired.Prior background working on SSP.Experience with building solid relationships with clients and strategies to achieve goals.Drive follow-through projects to resolution.Proven facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills; ability to track and control activities in a demanding environment while managing multiple projects and tasks.Ability to collect, track, and analyze substantial amounts of data.Adaptability and strong critical thinking skills.Experience in building rapport and collaborating with others within the company and externally.Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.Product knowledge.How much should I expect to travel?You will be expected to travel up to 15%.#J-18808-Ljbffr
