Leader in translation and interpreting services is opening a remote full-time position for an English-speaking Account Manager to follow up on leads, develop prospects and manage loyal recurrent customers. Responsibilities:
To follow up on leads and prospects to turn them into clients To explain our business model to clients, and advise them on our services To work on customer retention through research and an active follow-up To manage accounts for recurrent valued customers To act as clients advocate with a focus on improving their buyer experience To provide the highest level of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction from point of contact through project delivery (Processing of sales and post service tasks) To help identify, and to define key requirements and translation project specifications during the pre-production process, providing proper guidance to the Project Manager To monitor compliance withagreed upon schedule and deadlines To communicate any changes/updates on project specifications, if applicable To ensure translation and other queries are answered To manage and handle feedback To complete an on-time delivery of the service. To tackle other related duties as required Skills and experience required Highly motivated person intended to succeed with a positive learning attitude. Native or almost-native command of the English language Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written 3-year experience interacting with clients Preferably with a sales background in the service sector Proficient in Microsoft Office products Very analytical and detail-oriented Ability to set priorities and to monitor progress of multiple concurrent prospect and client engagements Ability to multi-task This position offers a base monthly payment, and a variable incentives program based on revenue generated from management of the Account Managers accounts, and other comprehensive benefits.
