YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:As part of the Accounts team, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring and loyalty of our customers.Comprehensive advice on the online direct sales strategy of hotel establishments.Maximize hotel revenues from the opportunities offered by the direct sales channel.Analysis of the results obtained, detecting possible problems or avenues for improvement in your direct sales.Propose solutions and tools tailored to your needs.Courtesy visits to our clients and attendance at sector fairs.WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?One year of experience in the hotel sector in the revenue and/or sales department.Experience in account management.Knowledge of technological tools for revenue management and hotel management (PMS, Channel Manager, CRM, Booking Engine, etc.).Knowledge of metasearch engines: Google Hotel ADS, Trivago, Tripadvisor, Kayak, etc.Communication skills, since you will work in direct contact with clients.Proactivity in resolving incidents and proposing solutions.Availability to travel. Visits to clients, attendance at trade shows, etc. will be part of your schedule.Professional English (C1-C2). Paraty Tech is an international company and with many of our accounts you will have to communicate in English. Another language will be positively valued.Knowledge of online marketing, Analytics, Google Ads, etc.Reside in Cancun or be open to a change of residence, since the position is in-person.WHAT DO WE OFFER?A GREAT TEAM: in capital letters.
