This person will oversee operations, procurement, production, and execution of the client's strategy and projects and have direct accountability for client spend, financial and operational performance. The role will be focused on continually driving down costs, increasing margins, and identifying new production opportunities for the client, retaining customers and nurturing key relationships, ensuring the team is delivering beyond the client's expectation and achieving the financial results of the account, proactively seek out opportunities for organic client growth and new opportunities outside current clients. Interpret brief requirements and deliver innovative solutions to drive the business forward.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- As a team leader the manager will be responsible on leading every effort of the team (coordinator and Specialist) to accomplish monthly sales account budget.- Ownership of allocated accounts, working to achieve and increase given targets.- Finding new opportunities with the client and building on those opportunities.- Where required, work seamlessly with the creative and strategy teams to provide value added input to client meetings and discussions.- Monitoring project budgets, within time and budget.- Understanding the challenges faced by our clients and their markets.- Taking client briefs and pro-actively suggesting alternative solutions to the client - adding value, up selling and cross selling where possible.- Working to ensure that the client has confidence the project will meet or exceed their expectations.- Confidently suggesting ways to add value and new solutions.- Having a good understanding of the client brand guidelines.- Solving problems and offering alternative solutions, supporting pitch proposals and delivery.- Allowing the client to be the hero - their success is our success.- Sourcing suppliers and building quotations.- Ensure agency processes are followed.- Manage expected revenue levels, devising plans to identify new revenue streams.- To be an ambassador for the agency.- Initial understanding of project purpose and the project objectives
