.ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATEPurpose: Develop, sell, and manage technological projects aimed at offering a reliable and timely solution to automotive incidents reported by clients such as insurance companies, workshops and fleet companies, through support, advice and timely monitoring of their requirements in the operation and / or functionality of the different platforms marketed- JOB FUNCTIONS- Provide correct service to our customers, identifying new business opportunities and accompanying them in their business strategy through the implementation of new projects, achieving customer loyalty and ensuring both increased sales and budget achievement.- Promote the sale of Solera products with new and existing clients, through meetings, developing concept tests and demonstrating the benefits of these products to the client in response to their needs and requirements, in such a way that they allow them to make a positive purchase decision, generating new benefits to Solera.- Implement Solera projects in companies, executing a consultancy work with the client, identifying the best use of our products according to their business needs and ensuring the correct implementation and operation of the project, which translate into continuous sales for the company.- Develop projects at the market level, coordinating involved teams and managing all phases of the project, from definition to implementation and fine-tuning in production. With this type of project, the aim is to provide our customers with innovative products that meet their needs and at the same time contribute to the development of new products that strengthen the scope of Solera solutions.- Provide the client with useful information about their business, generating indicators through the statistical analysis of information processed by Solera platforms with the purpose of supporting the client in their operational strategy and guiding the use of our products, reaffirming their benefits.- JOB PRIORITIES- Develop projects that include innovative products and concepts making a delivery in a timely manner.- Increase the client portfolio and improve the penetration of new products in existing clients.- Ensure that customers and the market in general have a good perception of our services.- Provide timely and quality care to all customers.- Ensure customer satisfaction with the operation of our products.- Satisfy our clients in a timely manner with the timely delivery of requests such as developments, reports, support, etc.- CANDIDATE PROFILE- The occupant of the position must have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in sales, customer management and product portfolio management focused on the insurance, fleet or automotive sector
