At Watlow you will have many opportunities, both formally and informally, to build and maintain the cross-functional knowledge and relationships that you need for a successful and rewarding career.In the role of Account Manager II you would be located at our Marqués South facility that is in Parque Industrial El Marqués, Queretaro, Mexico.Your Key Responsibilities- Provides the daily support and management of the account needs and their interaction within the business.- Provide forecasting data for incoming sales during sales operating financial planning (SOFP) processes.- Maintain and grow selected accounts, manage commercial topics including terms, pricing guidelines, and stocking agreements.- Review customer specs for compliance, accuracy, feasibility and provide quotations per customer request.- Provide quotations and technical advice as needed- Manages the account management plan.- Provide customer scorecard management and reporting to the organization.- Participate in periodic customer business reviews.- Manage and communicate customer special requirements (copy exact, First Article Inspection (FAI),- Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances/ Restriction of Hazardous Substances (REACH/RoHS), etc.)Required Qualifications- Engineer degree, master's in business can be a plus
