.In our 'always on' world, we believe it's essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do.Network with us and network the world!Ruckus Networks, a CommScope business, is looking to add an Inside Sales Account Manager to support RUCKUS team sales in Mexico City.How You'll Help Us Connect the WorldYou will work closely with the RUCKUS field sales teams and field sales management to identify targets that will grow CommScope's business and position our solutions.The scope includes new business to end-users through our Ecosystem of partners: Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, General Contractors, and Integrators.You Will Make an Impact ByEnergetically support our field sales and our ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and lead them through to completion.Using new business/project publications, both hard print and digital, qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem.Utilize CommScope's internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc., to meet customer expectations.Work with our CRM to manage opportunities and use it for account planning.Champion the implementation of the CommScope Sales Methodology.Follow up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools.Complete call-out campaigns and conduct cold calling of outbound clients.Overcome objections of prospective customers.Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential leads.Create and deliver qualified opportunities.Maintain and expand our database via D365 and SFDC.Ensure follow-up with calls to action, complete profiles of information, etc.Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.Identify new fields of play and opportunities that position CommScope as the lead solution of choice through creative thinking and planning.Required Qualifications for ConsiderationA completed bachelor's degree.Proficient in English and Spanish (written and spoken).At least 6 months of previous B2B (Business to Business) selling experience in a similar area.You Will Excite Us if You:Have CRM (Salesforce) tool experience.Possess sales experience in a similar industry.Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Show innovation through outstanding ideas and propose them to the team.Are willing to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.Have experienced the benefits of data-driven, purposeful coaching (via sports, arts, business, or other pursuits).Are self-motivated and driven to succeed.What Happens After You Apply: Learn how to prepare yourself for the next steps in our hiring process by visiting https://careers.Commscope.Com/how-we-hire.Ruckus Networks builds and delivers passionate networks that perform in the demanding environments of the industries we serve
