The scope includes new business to end-users through our ecosystem of partners: Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, General Contractors, and Integrators.You Will Make an Impact ByEnergetically supporting our field sales and our ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and lead them to completion.Using new business/project publications, both hard print and digital, to qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem.Utilizing CommScope's internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc., in a manner that meets customer expectations.Working with our CRM to manage opportunities and use it for account planning.Championing the implementation of the CommScope Sales Methodology.Following up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools.Completing call-out campaigns and cold calling outbound clients.Overcoming objections of prospective customers.Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential leads.Creating and delivering qualified opportunities.Maintaining and expanding our database via D365 and SFDC.Ensuring follow-up with calls to action, dates, and complete profiles of information.Handling inbound calls and converting them into sales leads.Identifying new fields of play and opportunities that position CommScope as the lead solution of choice through creative thinking and planning.Required Qualifications for ConsiderationA completed bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience.Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).6 - 12 months of previous B2B (Business to Business) selling experience in a similar area.You Will Excite Us if You:Have sales experience in a similar industry.Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Show innovation through outstanding ideas and propose them to the team.Are willing to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.Have experienced the benefits of data-driven, purposeful coaching (via sports, arts, business, or other pursuits).Are self-motivated and driven to succeed.Ruckus Networks builds and delivers passionate networks that perform in the demanding environments of the industries we serve.
