Built in partnership with Aaron Ross, author of the award-winning and best-selling book "Predictable Revenue".We've built the Scaled program to jumpstart companies new to outbound sales and help them build successful teams.Responsibilities & RequirementsYou will initially be looking after a small number of clients under the guidance of the Head of Strategy, who will act as your manager, supporting with training, client onboarding, and overcoming any roadblocks.You will design, develop and support SDRs executing outbound sales development campaigns while coaching clients in growth and Predictable Revenue.Requirements:Previous experience in a client-facing role.Previous experience in Account Management.Assertive verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills suitable for C-Level discussions.Confidence to respectfully but firmly guide communication with a client in a particular direction.Extremely organized with ability to create structure in your daily routine to easily multi-task, quickly switching between client-facing interactions and project management activities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, problem solve with little direction, and easily change the way you work and the tools you use at the drop of a dime.Familiar with Gmail and a cloud-based work environment.Natural curiosity in technology with a comfort in analyzing metrics and learning from data.Easily and quickly learn from failures and pivot to trying something new.Experience in an outbound lead gen role is a huge plus.Project management skill-set is a huge plus.Degree or diploma in business or sales and marketing preferred.Internal candidates only:Not being currently on a PIP or under any disciplinary action.6 months tenure at Predictable Revenue.Previous involvement with team dynamics, onboarding and training others, are a plus.Responsibilities:Help our clients build their outbound lead generation campaigns (messaging, customer profile, target industries, market fit).Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.Design client playbook and execute a complete outreach program.Build prospecting lists using our data suppliers and partners.Manage client relationships to achieve their goals.Meet weekly to report metrics, identify key items, campaign progress, and plan for upcoming campaigns.Manage expectations and get deliverables complete on time.Be the point person for organizing all parties.THE DETAILSThis is a full-time role.
