The scope is focused in the North of Mexico. It includes the development of key downstream end-users (e.g. prospection, value prop selling, wear trials, negotiation and closure) and the management of strategic channel partners (i.e. building/accelerating their sales pipeline to thrive). It also requires ability to accelerate new product introduction and sustainability projects (e.g. packaging reduction, recycling) at both distributor and end-user, strong cross-collaboration with customer and internal areas and ability to lead by influence to be successful.

Tyvek® is a unique product design from a fabric-like material made from a patented flash-spinning process that creates an excellent barrier to dry particles, microorganisms, and non-hazardous liquids and is offered in a wide range of design and processing options to protect wearer and process from chemical contamination.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Execute Garments Strategy in North of Mexico
- Develop/lead execution of key account strategies and marketing development programs
- Manage customer relationships (e.g. supply commitments, contracts, price, quality) to be a preferred supplier
- Facilitate relationships between all DuPont/customer levels
- Accelerate growth at existing/new strategic end-users
- Increase our share of wallet in current end-users
- Drive New Product Introduction at key customers
- Build & Nurture healthy sales pipeline and win rates in SFDC (account plan, opportunities, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant Sales experience
- Creative/Out of the box thinking
- English proficiency required
- Learning agility and business acumen capabilities
- Work within highest ethical standards per company core values
- Emotional intelligence, talent to negotiate, influence & active listen
- Strong ability to communicate internally/externally with impact
- Strong analytical skills to build, manage and accelerate with channel partners a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
- Living in North of Mexico, preferably in Monterrey area
