**About this opportunity**:
Secure short and long-term profitable business through proactive business development based on deep understanding of the customers' business, strategy and operations. Actively handle and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing flawless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relations in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and maintain fruitful customer relationship
- Develop and execute on long term profitable business growth strategy
- Create business opportunities and convert them to successful sales
- Secure flawless handover from presales and sales to operations
- Assure contracts deliver on financial targets during the execution phase

**You will bring**:

- Hands-on experience in similar role for Radio Access Network portfolio
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
- Proficient English and Spanish
- Solid sales background
- Strong costumer and business mindset
- Solid experience from ICT industry
- Leadership experience
- Financial Competence
- Solid communication and negotiation Skills
- Team player mindset
