With Heart!Location: TolucaYour mission as an Account Manager in Sales and Customer Service will be to support the entire commercial management process from pricing to portfolio management to order processing to achieve sales targets, in consideration of regional/BU sales strategy, as well as a high orientation to our Customers' satisfaction.Your main Accountabilities:Handling of inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handling of consignment stock orders and charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders, etc.Monitoring of contract conditions, payment terms, and sales figures.Handling credit notes, statistics, market- and customer analyses.Communication and coordination with internal and external areas to follow up on orders, priorities, and/or customer requests (commercial, in-house, planning, warehouse, credit, production, technology, HR, customers).Claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers.Continuous customer data management / Active participation in maintaining customer contact.Conducting pricing and margin analysis and providing portfolio support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a broad variety of commercial issues.Customer correspondence, also in foreign languages, including reporting.Design and implement Customer Service Satisfaction Surveys.Sales Measures (e.G., price increase) are aligned.Preparing and sending quotations.Preparation of sales presentations under the direction of sales managers/technology managers.Project work as required.Qualifications:Business school background or commercial training.Very good language skills – at least English.MS Office, SAP R/3 advantageous.Analytic skills, customer orientation, service attitude, teamwork, communication, problem solving, negotiator.#J-18808-Ljbffr
