As an individual contributor reporting directly to Denise Venegas, the selected individual will have direct interactions with the People Thrust executive team in reporting status of current accounts, P&L, revenue forecast, business development opportunities, and forward thinking strategies as it relates to their role and the assigned Client accounts to be managed.**Responsibilities**:- Promote Brand AwarenessPromote the People Thrust brand and services as well as Strategic Alliance Partners.Represent the company values, services and the brand in public events; including but not limited to conferences, expos, networking events, chamber of commerce, etc.Promote an individualized serviceUnderstand who your clients are- Manage Client Accounts- **Understand the landscape and players**_; budget cycle, project, initiatives, org chart, decision makers, selection process, decision making process, key contact in legal, procurement, finance, operations, HR, line manager.- **Manage Resources**_: frequent communication with collaborators, understand their wants, needs, desires, level of happiness, resolve or escalate HR issues for them, conduct 360 performance reviews.- **Record Keeping**_: in collaboration with People Thrust Operation Management maintaining all documentation, agreements and communication plans up to date.- **Point of escalation**_: Be an effective liaison to any escalation for all issues related to the account including but not limited to collections, legal, negotiations, HR.- **Face to Face**_: have frequent interaction with key players in the account on a regular basis.- **Grow the account**:_Be proactive in looking for and engage on opportunities to grow the account
