BeneficiosPrestaciones superiores a las de la leyContratación directa (100% nómina)Flex time (home office, corto) DescripciónAs an accounts payable analyst you will have the responsibility to ensure that the reporting, evaluating, and processing of payments' expense records are done accurately according to times and processes inside the company.Main responsibilities:Develop an integrate plr daom a legacy system, setup invoices, debit, and credit memos.Coordinate implementation/conversion to the electronic payment system.Audit vendor setup and invoice informatir accuracy.Produce travel spreadsheets and backup documentatir working papers.Handnancial data and assist controller/plant manager with various accounting tasks.Prepare quarterlydocumentatir cash distribution platforms and expense reconciliation to ensure SOX compliance.Maintain documentation and reports related to all banking activity above in accordance with SOX requirements.
