Our relentless pursuit of growth empowers organizations to achieve superior results in their markets consistently.Our client is a full-service real estate company offering solution-driven management for Homeowner Associations, total property solutions, and turnkey services to maximize customers' lifestyles.Job ActivitiesThe Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistant reports to the Accounting Manager for the following job functions:- Paying invoices by verifying transaction information- Full cycle matching, batching, and coding invoices.- Allocating costs to the appropriate areas.- Verify approval on all invoices and check requests.- Update and maintain vendor database.- Verifying transaction information, computing charges, refunds, and mailing invoices.- Collects revenue by notifying customers of insufficient payments.- Resolves account discrepancies.- Generate refund check requests- Review homeowner accounts and process voids/adjustments**Schedule**Monday to Friday- Regular: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST- During summer: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST**We offer**:- Competitive Salary (According to experience).- Remote Work.- Work Stability.- Computer equipment.- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- 12 vacation days after the first year.- IMSS.- Major medical insurance since day 1.After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:- Minor medical insurance- Food vouchers- Restaurant tickets- Saving fund**Requirements**:- 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or similar ar role.- High School diploma.- Feel comfortable working with Excel- Advanced English
