As an Accounts Payable Agent within TUI Musement, you will be part of the Musement Business Services´ centralisation strategy, working closely with a multicultural team and providing a high level of service for internal and external customers.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Assisting with the Supplier accounts management, providing TUI MM entities and businesses with the right support to the Accounts Payable cycle with Accounting activities in accordance with the company policies.
- Preparing payment proposals and ensuring payments in an accurate and timely manner
- Processing supplier invoices, answering supplier queries, supporting financial controls as well as providing timely, comprehensive and accurate financial information back to the business
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, communicating effectively, and proposing improvements to any identified issues on supplier accounts will be further tasks of your role.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent level of English and Spanish is mandatory, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in admin/accounting tasks
- Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g.
Accounting, Business Administration or similar) would be a nice-to-have
- Someone with proven numeric skills and accounting acumen
- Someone with a methodical, organized approach toward the execution of the assigned tasks
- ERP (enterprise resource planning) experience, SAP would be an advantage.
