Ensure a healthy work environment, promote team spirit and cohesiveness in the department and also working together with other teams.- Own your self-development. Prepare, follow-up and execute on your personal development goals.- Participate in the Accounting team on initiatives and projects.- Participate in other departments meetings, support projects and initiatives at every level.**Finance & Operations**- Collaborate with Accounting Lead and Accounting Supervisor, DM and Operations Manager in- initiatives and priorities.- Have strong knowledge and do proper use of all Expeditor systems and tools, especially Accounting system.- Download Account Receivable (A/R) report every week, AR revision should be on a weekly basis,- ensure to review all customers at least once a week.- Weekly follow up in all receivable's invoices after IVM is updated, if they do not have them, start with invoice resend process.- Provide the customer with their CFDI Payment Complement (Complemento de Pago) once the deposit has been applied.- Follow up on open credits in the system for immediate refund.- Keep AR notes updated in weekly basis.- Provide up to date detailed collection notes listing actions on every past-due invoice in the ARCM system (Accounts Receivable Collection Management).- Escalate problems or concerns to Accounting Management team timely when needed.- Research all deposit & Journal Voucher postings for discrepancies & submit JV entry for corrections.- Submit timely A/R responses to CHQ or MEX REG in case they are required.- Ensure to collect on A/R reserves to avoid bad debt write off (AR over 4 months)
