**JOB TITLE: Account Receivable Claims Administrator**
**REPORTS TO**:North America Credit Manager
**JOB FUNCTION**:The Claims Administrator is responsible for researching and resolving customer invoice dispute claims (payment deductions).
**MANAGER OF PEOPLE (include number of direct reports)**
**OR INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR**_: _**No direct reports
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Process claims and follow set process flows on handling disputes, with the end goal of determining root causes of disputes and implementing preventative measures to avoid future recurrences.
- Extensive interaction with other areas within DRiV to resolve disputes, including sales, finance, distribution, and pricing.
- Responsible for account reconciliation and resolution of claims.
- Follow up on issuance of credits to customers' accounts and offset open deductions.
**EDUCATION**:
- Associates or Bachelor of Finance/Business preferred
**EXPERIENCE**:_Minimum 1-3 years in high volume receivables environment preferred_
**JOB SCOPE**:_The Claims Administrator is responsible for researching and resolving customer invoice dispute claims (payment deductions). The scope will include working with multiple DRiV distribution centers and other internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Rebates and Pricing Departments as well as direct customer contact._
