**Account Specialist for OEM's and System Integrators**:

Working within the Electrification Business, the OEM´S and SI'S Account Specialist, develops, implements and updates the account strategy at Bajio Region from the customer's perspective. In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
**This position reports to**:
Area Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
- Defining sales targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process.
- Providing solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.
- Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering.
- Five years of experience working in similar positions.
- Must be living or relocating to the Bajio zone, Mexico.
- Experience in Electrification Projects and Medium Voltage Products.
- Experience in Infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge in standards and international regulations as IEC and NEMA.
- Knowledge in Electrification products and medium and low voltage equipment.
- Knowledge in switchboards and MCC´s.
- Advanced English skills.
- Good communications skills and self-driven.
- Availability to travel (50%).
