The Business Development/Account Specialist will report to the Manager of Business Development and will focus on growing and maintaining client partnerships for InComm Mexico. The position is client-facing and includes a combination of relationship development and account and operations support. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator and presenter, be fearless, passionate about client relations, and have a sincere interest in new technologies. Strong English and Spanish language skills are required.ResponsibilitiesProvide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.Develop new contacts, reach out to new prospects and make cold calls.Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.Give presentations to demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective customers.Compile and analyze data; identify trends.Develop and execute sales strategies.Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.Maintain a database of contact information.Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.Aid in problem solving.Handle client negotiations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.Demonstrated interest in technology and the evolution of technology.The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.Computer skills, especially Excel, MS Office and CRM software.1+ years of experience related to client relationship building.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional level English and Spanish language skills
