**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**The Accountant manages the daily accounting activities to quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the companies. The incumbent should be a highly motivated selfstarter with supervisory, review, and proofing experience. The incumbent is also responsible for preparing annual financial statements and coordinating the company's annual audit.- Oversee the daily accounting activities to maintain the company's ledger.- Quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities.- Prepares & follows end of month closing checklist- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.- Processes AP accurately and on a timely manner (checks, wires, ACHs)- Prepares employee payroll- Prepares 1099 for year end- Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.- Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience2-5 Years of related accounting experienceAdvance Microsoft Excel skillsStrong attention to detailGood analytical skillsExcellent organizational skills**PREFERRED SKILLS**Quickbooks Online experience preferredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual
