The LINET range also includes accessories such as mattresses to prevent pressure ulcers, mobile equipment, sanitary furniture, etc.****With more than 20 subsidiaries around the world, its subsidiary for northern Latin America, wissner-bosserhoff Mexico, we are looking for a qualified Accountant Assistant based in Mexico City.****Your responsibilities**:- **Recording and Analysis of Financial Transactions**: to accurately record financial transactions, including billing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, inventories, bank reconciliations, and other daily accounting activities. Conduct detailed analyses to ensure the accuracy of accounting records.- **Administrative routine**: Assist other departments in administrative tasks related to finance. Managing financial documents, aiding in budgeting, coordinating financial reports, and facilitating inter-departmental communication regarding financial matters.- **Preparation of Financial Reports**: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as needed. Ensure that all reports comply with accounting standards and local regulations.- **Tax and Regulatory Compliance**: Collaborate with tax and legal teams to ensure compliance with all local tax and regulatory obligations. Provide support during external and internal audits.- **Data Analysis and Interpretation**: Analyze financial trends and variations in results to provide valuable insights to the management team. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for process optimization.- **Support for ad-hoc Projects**: Participate in projects related to accounting, financial planning, and cost analysis, as assigned by management.**Requirements**:- Academic background in Accounting or Finance.- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.- Solid knowledge of Mexican accounting practices and tax regulations.- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (at least High intermediate).- Ability to work independently (self-driven) and in a team, with attention to detail and deadlines.- Knowledge of SAP ERP and Microsoft Office suite.**What we offer**:- Education and professional development in an international company- Competitive salary and benefits above the law- Occasionally work from home
