Accountant Assistant

We are looking for an Accountant responsible for maintaining financial procedures and financial compliance through preparation of company's reports and statements.- Intermediate English- Customer Support- Reconciling bank statements and bookkeeping- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures- Managing income and expenditure accounts- Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data- Keeping check on the company's finances based on financial status- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations- Broker's Statement Reconciliation- Account payables and receivables- Proficient in computer skills and data analysis software- Excellent organization skills- Able to prioritize activities and work efficiently- Teamwork- Adaptable- Attention to detail- Multitasking- Willing to learn- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.**Benefits**:- We are not a call center- All Mexican law benefits- Schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
