We're hiring an experienced bookkeeper to manage financial operations, reporting, and KPI tracking for both businesses, supporting financial clarity and growth.Roles and Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate QuickBooks records across both companies.- Conduct monthly reconciliation for accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Manage vendor invoices, client billing, and payments.- Track inventory costs and collaborate with operations on cost allocation.- Develop and maintain KPI tracking for financial performance insights.- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including cash flow analysis and budget forecasts.- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.- Assist in creating and adjusting budgets based on company goals and financial health.- Conduct cash flow analysis to support strategic planning and spending.- Develop financial forecasts that align with both businesses' operational needs.
