**Principal Duties and Responsabilities**:
- Manage the receipt of payment request invoices
- Electronic validation of tax invoices issued in Mexico
- Validate all invoices to ensure no duplicate payments
- Review and record all the Payable Invoices
- Prepare the payment schedule file
- Perform quarterly self-audit reviews
- Weekly and monthly reconciliations of the Accounts Payable
- Follow up and comply with corporate policies such as the Global Payment Authorities and the "2-Factor Authentication" 2FA.
- SOX Controls, Fraud Prevention as well as internal and external audit requirements
- Participate in the accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department by identifying problem areas and helping to develop solutions to address them.
Engagement and participation in the Global Finance Transformation.
- Understand the Harassment policy of the company.
**Job Requirements**:
- Ability to seek out relevant information.
- Knowledge of accounting distribution and ability to verify accuracy and completeness of such information.
Acute focus on the account payable management.
- Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Advanced ability to listen to others and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
**Education / Experience**:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance area
- 3 years of experience in the finance area
- Intermediate English
- Nice to have: Experience in the Accounts payable function.
