Accountant (Contador/ Administrador)

Job Title: AccountantPosition Responsibilities:Payroll calculation, accounting records in COMPAQCalculation of the contribution of Social Security (IMSS, RCV, INFONAVIT)Reconciliation of the payments of Social Security vs Data base of the IMSSRecord of the documents generated from the operation, such as income and expense invoices, bank movements of payments and deposits, among others that are assigned.Control and reconciliation of the accounts receivables.Control and reconciliation of the accounts payables.Conciliation of accounting accounts granted.Integration of accounting accounts granted.Validation and approval of the documents received in accordance with the ISR and IVA regulations.Support in activities assigned by the person in charge of the area or department.Integration of monthly information for the audit of financial statements.Monitoring and control of administrative processes. Reimbursement of expenses, payroll.Keeps the record of administrative data.Support in inventories, audits and purchases.Preparation of weekly reports.Attention to requests from operational collaborators.Monthly meetings to explain doubts about the work of any subject you may have.Employment Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business administrationMinimum 3-5 years of experience as an accountant or business administrationCompetencies:Time management skills to prioritize work as needed.Analysis of data.Knowledge of Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point)Knowledge in COMPAQ ERPJob Type: Full-timeLanguage: English (written and verbal)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
