Accountant Coordinator, AST This position is responsible in managing & reconciliate all Fixed Assets that is capitalized in AMS & AST books against physical (Machinery, IT Equipment, Leasehold improvements), update BNA, ensuring that Fixed Assets are properly accounted for, valued, and managed throughout their lifecycle, provide status of Fixed Assets to Engineering, New Launches, Tech support and all areas that request information that is useful and relevant for making business decisions to make an investment or expense, following Corporate Standards Experience in Mexican GAAP & US GAAP, needs to work with critical deadlines (internal and External) Internal customers are Engineering, New Launches, Tech support.
External Customers are Tax Authorities, Auditors Interacts with Shared Services The primary goal is to accurately record, track, and manage fixed assets.
BNA updated with usable life years according with standard & JDE Record BNA updated with equipment disposition according with standard & JDE Record Fixed Assets roll forward AMS & AST What is required: Public Accountant degree - General Accounting.
Experience in physical inventories of Fixed Assets.
