Accountant Coordinator, AST This position is responsible for managing and reconciling all Fixed Assets that are capitalized in AMS & AST books against physical assets (Machinery, IT Equipment, Leasehold improvements). The role involves updating BNA, ensuring that Fixed Assets are properly accounted for, valued, and managed throughout their lifecycle. The Accountant Coordinator will provide the status of Fixed Assets to Engineering, New Launches, Tech support, and all areas that request information useful for making business decisions regarding investments or expenses, following Corporate Standards. Experience in Mexican GAAP & US GAAP is required, as well as the ability to work with critical deadlines (internal and external). Internal customers include Engineering, New Launches, and Tech support, while external customers include Tax Authorities and Auditors. The primary goal is to accurately record, track, and manage fixed assets, ensuring BNA is updated with usable life years according to standards & JDE, recording equipment disposition according to standards & JDE, and maintaining Fixed Assets roll forward for AMS & AST.
