Descripción y detalle de las actividades
• Assist the upper management with day to day, monthly and year end operations.
• Reconciliation of factor receivables and credit card deposits.
• Monthly closing entries including prepaids and accruals
• Prepare and analyze Sales Commission reports and communicate with reps.
• Monitor and review expense reports.
• Record-keeping and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Initial review of monthly income statement
• Allocate expenses across appropriate departments
• Maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules and disposals.• Set up new account credit review and terms.
• Reconcile AP between the GL and Sub Ledgers.
• Prepare GL journals as required.
• Manage all corporate bank accounts.

Experiencia y requisitos
•Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Business Management or any other finance related discipline.
• Three to five years working with a USA based manufacturing or financial institution.
•Knowledge of USA accounting practice,
•QuickBooks is a plus.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Reconciliation of factor receivables and credit card deposits.
• Monthly closing entries including prepaids and accruals
*Proficiency and skill in Microsoft Office Suite most importantly in Excel
