In charge of the CSW Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable & Intercompany Accounts, with the support of the Financial Share Service with the accounting records in Syteline of the deposits of customers payments and the invoices of USA vendors received.
Work with all the intercompany accounts for review the correct register of the charges and credits.
In charge of the AR activities of the American company, be sure that all deposits and checks are book it according with the bank & monthly charges.
Prepare the weekly Aging report for Sharron Crowder according with the Aging of the invoices pending of receive the payment.
For the closing prepare the JE of the bad debt and the reconciliation.
For the closing prepare the reconciliation of the AR Account vs the AR Aging report.
Monthly prepare the JE of the Cash Disbursement
Every day update the Cash log Report with the deposits received and the intercompany transactions.
Prepare the C- format with the intercompany balances.
Prepare the balance reconciliations.
Prepare some JE for related with AR and otherfor the closing
**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
1-3-year previous years in accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish 90%
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good organization skills.
Problem solving abilities.
Knowledge of financial reporting systems.
Computer knowledge (Office:
Word, Excel, Power Point, etc ) ERP Experience
Valid US Visa and Willingness to Travel.
