**English-Speaking Accountant****Must Live in Guadalajara, Mexico****Must Have U.S.GAAP Experience****15,000.00 to 20,000.00 Mexican Pesos per Month**As an English-speaking accountant, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, including financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
You will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards and support the overall financial health of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, in compliance with U.S. GAAP.- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Desktop for day-to-day accounting tasks.- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly and quarterly reports.- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.- Oversee depreciation schedules and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in Google Sheets and accounting software.- Assist in year-end audits and implement improvements to financial processes.
**Qualifications**:- **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
