ResponsibilitiesResponsible for accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions.Assist in corporate month end close process.Provide comments for the monthly results.Interact with operations and financial teams.Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.Support to forecasts, budgets and exposure analysis.Support year-end audits; provide auditors with schedule and reports.Ensure documentation of policies and procedure; update instructional documents as needed.Continuously monitor controls and recommend improvements and/or changes.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting.3-5 years of accounting experience.Team player – able to communicate with other team members and external customers.Multi-task: work simultaneously on projects.Knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
