Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accountant to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, financial reporting, and audit support; this person will play a critical role for the company, including overall financial management.
Responsibilities: Analyzing and Recording Journal Entries in the ERP systemMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation packagesAdvise on financial and accounting issues.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as neededEnsure compliance with accounting and tax laws and regulations.Support internal and external audits.Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.Requirements: Bachelor level degree in Accounting or Finance.CPA certification desired but not mandatory.Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public company.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, hands-on environment.Flexibility to take on multiple responsibilities as needed.Onsite requirement: 4 days a week in Guadalajara, MX.
