The accountant oversees the accounting activities for Mexico overall accounts payable cycle, expense reporting and balance sheet reconciliations, according to the established policies and procedures for all ASM Assembly Systems Americas entities.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties / Essential Functions**:- Process expense reports in Certify.- Perform full accounts payable cycle for third party vendor and affiliates.- Handle Corporation Tax (include payroll, IMSS, federal and local tax)- Manage monthly closing and reporting for Mexico office.- Assist with human resources, administration and purchasing.- Monitor and prepare monthly cash flow projection for corporate headquarters.- Assist in AR collection, including Global Key Accounts.- Produce ad hoc reports as required by Accounting Manager or Facility Manager.- Maintain corporate meeting minutes, contracts and policy and procedures.

May need to lift or move office supplies or other items weighing up to 20 pounds.
**Expected Hours of Work**:Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M. or as assigned by supervisor.
This position regularly requires long hours and may require weekend work.
We offer a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
