**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:Responsible for inventory accounting controls and procedures across the Juarez manufacturing network.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Work cross functionally with the inventory, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and timely to both the perpetual system and general ledger- Review and approve inventory invoices to ensure accurate coding and compliance with 3-way match- Prepare and record all inventory related journal entries as part of the month end close process- Work with local teams to implement processes to measure inventory yield and scrap performance on key inventory categories such as fabric, leather, raw steel, and plywood.- Monitor and investigate material price and quantity variances and provide leadership with recommendations to minimize variances.- Prepare and report on Key Performance Indicators to optimal balance of inventory turns and service levels.- Prepare monthly book to perpetual inventory reconciliations and assist in the execution of physical inventory counts across the Juarez manufacturing network.- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve inventory accuracy and financial controls- Collaborates with peers to complete special projects while effectively managing multiple priorities.- Other duties as assigned.
