**Job description**Your resume must be submitted in English.You must be bilingual.TRANSFORMADORES DE PIEDRAS NEGRAS S.A.D E C.V.**JOB DESCRIPTION****POSITION: ACCOUNTANT**REPORTS TO: ACCOUNTING MANAGERDEPARTMENT: ACCOUNTING**POSITION OBJECTIVE**Responsible of providing accounting and financial information in a timely and reliable manner as well as properly comply with all Tax duties and Social security, along with the proper payroll process, accounts payable management according to the Company policy, in charge of addressing internal & external audits and financial-tax month/year end activities.**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Federal-State monthly and annual tax calculation.2. IMSS-INFONAVIT SUA & IDSE Calculation, FONACOT process calculation.3. Electronic invoicing management: Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Payment receipt, Bill of lading e-invoice along with proper XML allocation and mapping.4. General Accounting month-year end activities. (Balance sheet reconciliation-journal entries, financial statements preparation and analysis).5. In charge of Mexican Payroll process calculation (Earnings-Deductions-Tax).6. Variability calculation (IMSS), Subsidy monthly adjustment calculation.7. Accounts payable GL Allocation, review and authorization in compliance with Mexica GAAP /Tax and Corporate policy.8. Fixed asset management. Tax-Accounting depreciation control.9. Deferred Tax calculation.10. Safe harbor calculation.11. PTU Calculation.12. Prepare and submit INEGI-Annex 31 Report.13. Prepare and submit DIOT-Electronic accounting14. Prepare and address all necessary activities related to External and internal Audits.15. IVA Refund request and address Tax Authority requirements.16. High skills on Tax laws, IMSS Laws and Labor Laws.17. Petty cash / expenses reimbursements18. Verify that all expenditure receipts meet all fiscal requirements.19. Prepare financial statements.20. Cost control.21. Address the requirements of Government agencies at all levels.22. Keep and maintain control of the department, tax, payroll and company archives.23. Compare actual against budgeted expenses.24. Prepare the annual plant budget.25. Carry out all tasks in accordance with company policy, internal control, manual and quality procedures in compliance with Mexican Laws.**SKILLS**:- High capacity analysis.- Ability to work under and handle pressure- Leadership- Ability for problem solving- Decision making ability- Result oriented and objective compliance.- Attitude of service- Reliable**LEVEL OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**- Public Accountant.- Bilingual.- At least two years experience in a similar position.- Financial Statement Analysis, Costs, Tax, Labor, Social Security and General Accounting- High knowledge of ISR (Tax Law) IMSS Social Security law and LFT ( Labor Law), Payroll and SUA Calculation.- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.- Oracle E1, People Soft ERP experience.
