**Key Responsibilities**:
- Jump into action by recording all financial transactions like sales, purchases, receipts, and payments using accounting tools like QuickBooks or Xero
- Tackle Accounts Payable (AP) by creating and sending out client invoices
- Reconcile accounts with vendors or clients effortlessly.
- Process incoming payments and keep Accounts Receivable (AR) organized and upbeat!
- Perform bank reconciliations and cheerfully resolve any discrepancies that pop up.
- Make sure to file payroll taxes and stay compliant with tax regulations
- Get ready to prepare financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements with confidence.
- Dive into full-cycle bookkeeping for small or medium-sized businesses
- Handle AP, AR, and month-end closings
- Calculate and file sales and use taxes with the relevant authorities smoothly.
- Prepare and post those complex journal entries (accruals, depreciation, deferrals)
- Help out in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct financial reporting, including variance analysis
- Keep everything in check by maintaining the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Manage credit control and debt collection processes with a positive attitude.

**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
- Experience using QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent accounting software.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills are key
