Accountant

DuPont is looking for a talented Accountant to join our Controllership team in Reynosa, MX.
This position will be primarily responsible for the general accounting reconcilements, cross process coordination, supporting statutory audits, process improvements and other related duties.
You will interact with various teams in Accounting and internal audit.Your daily responsibilities will be:- Prepare the journal entries support.- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines- Review and reconcile accounts/month end participation- Contribute to maintaining financial records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures- Assist on comply with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.- Support on Internal, Fiscal and Social Security audits- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information- Assist with other accounting projectsMain requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting- Relevant experience in Accounting; - Experience with QAD orcomparable system; - Strong language skills.- MS-Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) skills are required; - Highly organized and deadline driven individual that can deal with multiple conflicting demands; - Sense of urgency, attention to details and learning curiosity; - A professional who canwork independently with mínimal supervision and effectively manage time to meet all deadlines; - Must be able to identify root causes of issues and discover/implement practical solutions; - R
