Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Accountant.
**What you'll do**:
**Primary Functions**:
Primary responsibility is to manage the Fixed Assets and Project Assets process that include from the Capex budget administration, organize Capital Appropriation documentation to request approvals, follow up capital expenses, ensure the on-time assets capitalization and ensure the correct alignment to GTM regulations (Conciliation between fixed assets registered in finance versus imported).
**Essential Functions**:
1. Administrate Capital Spending budget.
2. Reviews and follow-up Capital expenses by project.
3. Report and analyze the Capital budgets Vs actuals.
4. Ensure Capital Appropriation request has the proper documentation to be able to request project approvals.
5. Support in Fixed Asset Physical Inventory reconciliation.
6. Conduct the Fixed Asset cycle counting program.
7. Ensure the correct and on time asset capitalization.
8. Complete Fixed asset and Construction in progress reconciliations and analysis.
9. Support GTM thru the asset's regularization process.
10. Conciliation between fixed assets registered in finance versus imported.
11. Support GTM in Jurisdiction and Classification update for goods and assets.
