Team membership Skills:

- Communicate effectively while working with all levels of the organization to champion change
- Independently analyze a wide-variety of financial systems & processes
- Actively participate on teams to provide financial expertise
- Serve as liaison between global process owners & financial systems
- Recommend, design & test creative solutions that challenge traditional processes

Background/Requirements:

- Requires a 4-year degree, preferably in accounting
- Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment and the ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrate very good communication skills and have a knowledge of Caterpillar businesses, products, suppliers and customers
- 2-4 years of accounting experience is recommended.
- Experience with LN including finance master data, transactions, & reporting highly desired
- Must be willing to relocate to Tijuana, Mexico
